Due to regulations for transport of dangerous goods by air (IATA) and road (ADR), consumers are not permitted to ship Tech-Air® products themselves for return or servicing. Please ensure you first contact our Customer Care team to receive confirmation of the correct Hub and approval before visiting.
Tech-Air® Hubs are currently available in select countries. Additional locations across Europe will be launched soon.

By purchasing a Tech-Air® product on the Alpinestars website, you acknowledge and accept this return policy. If you still decide to ship your Tech-Air® product as a return, Alpinestars Spa will not be held responsible for the transit of such goods and will not accept them as returns. For this reason, no refund will be issued.
