Due to regulations for transport of dangerous goods by air (IATA) and road (ADR), consumers are not permitted to ship Tech-Air® products themselves for return or servicing. In the event of a return or service request you must therefore deliver the goods in person to one of our Tech-Air® Hubs. Please ensure you first contact our Customer Care team to receive confirmation of the correct Hub and approval before visiting.
Tech-Air® Hubs are currently available in select countries. Additional locations across Europe will be launched soon.

By purchasing a Tech-Air® product on the Alpinestars website, you acknowledge and accept this return policy. If you still decide to ship your Tech-Air® product as a return, Alpinestars Spa will not be held responsible for the transit of such goods and will not accept them as returns. For this reason, no refund will be issued.

Når Alpinestars’ MotoGP-atleter styrter eller beskadiger en racerkombination, returneres dragten til Alpinestars’ R&D-facilitet i Asolo, Italien. Dragterne bliver grundigt undersøgt og vurderet, før de—afhængigt af skadens omfang—enten repareres eller arkiveres. Denne procedure er et tegn på Alpinestars’ urokkelige engagement i atleternes sikkerhed og præstation.
Lowside Hat er en symbolsk anerkendelse af dette engagement. Hver af disse klassiske 5-panel bomuldskasketter er prydet med et stort Astar-logo, der er skåret fra genanvendt, race-slidt MotoGP-dragtlæder, indsamlet af Alpinestars raceteknikere. Logoet er syet på tværs af venstre side af hver kasket, inspireret af logoets placering på Alpinestars Supertech R10 og M10 racerhjelme. Hvert logo er laserskåret fra en styrtet dragt og afsluttet med en sort mid
