Removable Nucleon PLASMA insert
The Nucleon PLASMA insert uses Alpinestars' Nucleon PLASMA Technology and is constructed from a bio-based viscoelastic impact-absorbing compound with at least 25% bio-based content, molded into a precision-engineered geometry. The PLASMA material dissipates impact energy and significantly reduces transmitted forces through controlled material response. Its low-profile geometry is designed to compress and extend with movement, while its channeled, highly perforated design supports airflow. The insert is removable for ease of washing.

Laminated ripstop PE foam and poly-mesh
The lightweight knee protectors are constructed from laminated ripstop PE foam and poly-mesh for superior breathability and airflow.

Double-layer construction

Dual strap closure system
The dual strap closure system is designed for increased comfort and adjustment, with a wide 5cm top strap mounted above the knee and a lower strap positioned for an ergonomic fit.

Comfort liner with silicone printing
The comfort liner provides a soft feel against the skin, a firm compression fit and soft tissue support while preventing material bunching. Silicone printing on the inner liner prevents the protectors from being displaced while riding.

Inner and outer knee padding
Extra padding around the inner and outer knees provides additional coverage.
