In the event of a return or service request you must therefore deliver the goods in person to one of our Tech-Air® Hubs. Please ensure you first contact our Customer Care team to receive confirmation of the correct Hub and approval before visiting.

The GFX Boss Backpack is a mid-size daily backpack designed for everyday versatility, with a 20L capacity to carry your essentials. Its sleek, functional design combines practical organization with distinctive Alpinestars detailing for everyday use.
Made from 100% polyester using durable 600D fabric, the backpack features an internal laptop sleeve for added computer protection and inner organizer pockets to keep smaller essentials neatly stored and easy to access. A hidden vertical front zipper pocket provides storage for incidentals, while side mesh water bottle slip pockets complement the internal compartments. A padded air mesh back panel pairs with air mesh shoulder straps, and contrast panels and zippers complete the design alongside raised silicone print Astars combo graphic branding.
