Refusing to surrender despite setbacks, pressure, and one of the closest battles in Dakar history, the Argentine delivered when it mattered most, attacking right to the final kilometer to claim his first Dakar Rally victory.
It was a strong Dakar Rally for Alpinestars riders. Ricky Brabec finished second overall, Tosha Schareina third, Skyler Howes fourth, Daniel Sanders fifth, Adrien Van Beveren sixth, Jose Ignacio Cornejo seventh, Ross Branch eighth, and Mason Klein tenth.
